We welcome submissions for our Bulletins and Newsletters

Check out the information below for some general guidance on articles and submission dates. If you want to chat it through first, get in touch - email: admin@communitywoods.org .

  • Bulletins go out on or around the 20th of each month. If you’d like to share something relevant in the Bulletin, please send a short summary (around 100 words) to: admin@communitywoods.org, by the 15th of the month.

    CWA reserves the right to edit submissions as required.

  • The quarterly newsletter is the place for members to share their woodland stories – these could be celebrations/ challenges/ developments, or whatever you think might be helpful to share with other members. The Newsletter also features longer articles and information about other relevant organisations and opportunities.

    To share a relevant article for inclusion in a newsletter, please aim for around 600-800 words and email with 2 or 3 photos to: admin@communitywoods.org. The deadline for articles is shown below:

    • Spring edition (March) - send articles by the 15th February

    • Summer edition (June) - send articles by the 15th May

    • Autumn edition (September) - send articles by the 15th August

    • Winter edition December) - send articles by the 15th November
