Llais y Goedwig - ConferenceDiane and Rosslyn are just back from a great trip to Lampeter near Aberystwyth to meet and network with our counterparts in Wales, following their attendance at our conference in early November. Llais y Goedwig (voice of the woodlands) held their first conference attended by some 50+ delegates. We were well looked after and see many fruitful networking opportunities in the future with community woodland groups across Wales. They are facing similar issues to Scotland albeit under different policy and legislation. However solutions are comparable. Let us know if you are heading to Wales for a visit and we can link you to a group down there.
Returning to Roots / Roots to HealthSuccess! Another wonderful weekend of networking, presentations, site visits and workshops has just gone by. The CWA staff are lying low for a couple of days, recovering! Thank you to all the speakers and contributers and of course delegates that attended at both events. We will put together reports, hopefully by the end of the year, to allow you to download info from the website.
