Membership Survey Summer 2009

During the summer CWA contracted the services of consultant Duncan Bryden Associates to undertake an independent survey of the CWA membership.  We wanted to determine the relevance and effectiveness of CWA services and also sought opinion on proposals for our future strategy.  Feedback has given us the opportunity to introduce some changes recommended by you.  Thank you to all members that participated in the survey, giving your time to input is greatly appreciated.  The full findings can be downloaded here.

The e-bulletin is sent out to members on a monthly basis.  It contains information on training courses, events and conferences, funding and items of general news on what is happening in the sector, keeping everyone up to date with relevant issues across Scotland.
