Broadford and Strath Community Company - Project Manager Vacancy

Broadford and Strath Community Company wish to appoint a project manager to manage the development of the Broadford Community Woodland Campsite. The post is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
BSCC is seeking a project manager who will manage the construction works for the development of the site, establish the campsite business and support the first year of the operation of the campsite.
The preferred candidate would have experience of managing capital projects with a value of 1m and working with grant making organisations like the Big Lottery Fund, knowledge of green construction projects, experience of running a business, an understanding of tourism and have worked on community projects with volunteers.
This is a full time post for three years on a self-employed basis with a fee of 30,000 per annum.
