New Caledonian Woodlands - Fruitful Woods Project Officer, Fruitful Woods Project Officer and Enterprise Manager

Fruitful Woods Project Officer
Circa 23,000
35 hours per week. Fixed-term for 36 months, with possibility of extension.
Sunday 13th April 2014 @ midnight.
Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will probably be educated to degree level and will have experience of working with people who are experiencing mental ill-health. They will also have experience and interest in working with groups in outdoor settings such as environmental conservation and garden activities.
A full driving licence and use of own car are essential given the need for the project to access rural woodland sites. The post-holder would be required to drive a minibus for the participant groups (training will be given MIDAS or PCV).

Fruitful Woods Project Officer
Circa 23,000
35 hours per week. Fixed-term for 36 months, with possibility of extension.

Enterprise Manager
Circa 28,000
35 hours per week. Fixed-term for 12 months, with extension dependent on performance.
Sunday 13th April 2014 @ midnight.
Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will be from a sales and marketing background, need not have worked in the third sector before but will have an interest in and knowledge of environmental sustainability and social enterprise. They will be required to balance up the financial sustainability needs of New Caledonian Woodlands with the need for the organisation to be true to its core values and to retain equitable relationships with all of its project participants. Continuation of the post beyond the initial 12 month contract will be dependent on meeting key financial targets.
