22/23 May 2005: Shaving Horse Construction Course at Croft 7On the 22nd and 23rd May Geoff Forrest (sustainable designs designable crafts) will be doing a Shaving Horse construction course at CROFT7. Cost: £70 for two days (inclusive of light lunch). There are 3-4 places left on the course. 21 May 2005: Kirkhill and Bunchrew Community Trust Woodland Group Open DayKirkhill and Bunchrew Community Trust Woodland Group are having an open day in Upper Reelig Wood to showcase the work we have done in the wood. This will include Bob Pegg storyteller, Bryce Reynard Birch Bark Baskets, Sheila Bates Feltmaking and natural dyes from woodland NTFPs, and Geoff Forrest Rustic Furniture.
May 11/12/13 2005: "Empowering Your Community" Renewable Energy Conference, KnoydartThe conference is organised by the Community Energy Company of Highlands & Islands Enterprise, the Community Land Unit, and the Knoydart Foundation. Attendance for the conference is initially limited to one per group. The conference is aimed at groups who are already involved or who are just considering developing a renewable energy project.
