Dunain Community Woodland and Scottish Waterways Trust - Nature and Wellbeing Seminar, Inverness

You are warmly invited to a free Nature and Wellbeing seminar being delivered by Dunain Community Woodland and Scottish Waterways Trust as part of the Woodlands, Waterways and Wellbeing Scoping study. The seminar is supported by SNH and CWA and is funded through a grant from the Big Lottery and aims to raise awareness of the value of experiences and mindfulness in nature within the health care sector, as well as provide an opportunity for networking with community woodland groups and health care practitioners.
