WHY CHOOSE THIS FIRST AID COURSE?
•2 First Aid Certificates awarded: Emergency First Aid at Work & Outdoor First Aid (licences to practice), valid for maximum 3 years.
•An SQA accredited vocational award at level 5 for life, (unit credits may be added to other SQA vocational awards)
•After direct costs all monies go to Milton Community Woodland Trust Includes: Sheltering/insulating casualties, when to move/not move, removal of safety equipment/helmets-when and how, heat exhaustion, exposure, water immersion, bites & stings, catastrophic bleed (chain saw/gunshot), outdoor first aid kits Course syllabus covers current 3 day FAW contents, and is assessed as a certificate of competence-Information of first aid needs assessment can be found at: www.qualsafe.com/custadvice.html
