	Jon Hollingdale
	Position: Chief Executive
	Jon is responsible for the promotion and representation of the community woodland sector and will lead the future strategic development of CWA. Jon offers specialist forestry advice to member groups across Scotland and works closely with Rosslyn Mills on support for members. 	Caroline Derbyshire
	Position: Administrator

	Rosslyn Mills
	Position: Community Woodland Advisor
	Rosslyn offers support and woodland advice, guidance on woodland development plans and advice on funding to groups based in the west and central regions of Scotland. She also facilitates training in forestry and other relevant skills. Ros will also take the lead in promotion of the CWA and community woodlands to the wider public. 	Diane Oliver
	Position: Social Enterprise Development Officer
	Diane joined CWA in October 2010 as Social Enterprise Development Officer, responsible for the Employability Services project. This involves working with 10 member groups across the Highland LEADER area to develop as social enterprises through delivering training and employability services.
